A while back, I wrote on this topic, "IBM is working with the CA to determine whether there is a path to success that does not require everyone using RECEIVE ORDER to obtain and install the DigiCert root CA certificate."

Well, it was touch and go, but very late this afternoon, the server team obtained and installed new certificates from the CA that buy at *least* several months before you will actually need a different root CA to use the RECEIVE ORDER servers. This applies to both the Boulder and Rochester servers. Testing was successful, so the emergency is over for the moment.

However, we are looking into exactly what will happen with other servers you use, and it is clear that some actions on your part will be required in the not-so-distant future. We will update the Flash as the plans are fleshed out and try to provide plenty of warning. I encourage you all to keep an eye on it as it's updated.
