I'm told that this was an unplanned event due to a reason that I believe to be sound, but which I am afraid I cannot share. The timing and appearance of this problem are indeed unfortunate, coming as it does hard on the heels of other disruptions, but I am assured that we had *no* intent to remove access to this information and that work is under way to restore access to it as quickly as possible.
