The issue is we can use HTTPS but we have automation from the mainframe we have in house that will pick up our order and down load it unattended.

referring to an automated SMP/E RECEIVE ORDER job perhaps? If so, then
read the link I sent, because SMP/E can use HTTPS for the download.
