Chuck, I got something from Kris Beulens at IBM that works very nicely for us. These ir a package from VM Downloads called RXSERVER. Part of it is a VMUTIL EXEC: create a VMUTIL userid, place the sample PROFILE EXEC, VMUTIL EXEC and VMUTIL PROFILE on its 191 disk, define your userid's in the AUTH_ANY records in the VMUTIL profile. When ready XAUTOLOG VMUTIL and you are ready to go.
To schedule the time zone change, issue from your autorized userid: TELL VMUTIL ON 04/02/06 02:00:00 CP SET TIMEZONE xxx when xxx would be your time zone identification (EDT for Eastern Daylight Time, etc.) When you are done, just logoff and go home and let VMUTIL do the work.
