Not on that pack.  If you have reserved a CP owned volume (CP_Owned Slot nn RESERVED) in the System Configuration file, then you may on a new volume.  Just remember to update the system Configuration file after doing the: 

DEFINE CPOWNED SLOT nn volser OWN

then

ATTACH ucb SYSTEM

     PAGE  TOTAL=000000 INUSE=000000 AVAIL=000000

     DRCT  TOTAL=000000 INUSE=000000 AVAIL=000000 

        Can I do the CPFMTXA right now and get have the PAGE area
