To list(s);,
O.K. I am totally lost here as to why the FTPBATCH
jobs I run in VSE cannot find the IP address of the
site. When I force the IP address via PARM data, I get
the following errors:
220 FTPD ready for new user.
07172006 114950.47
Local host connection established.
07172006 114950.47
Ready:
07172006 114950.47
OPEN 10.5.4.50
07172006 114950.47
FTP321W Connection stalled at 11:51:50
07172006 115150.45
Error: Could not connect with foreign host,
rs=OPNFSRBD
07172006 115150.50
FTP320W QUIT command sent after error
07172006 115150.50
I thought I had this covered with the LOCAL HOSTS file
and then doing the MAKESITE bit. Following is a
snippet of the LOCAL HOSTS file:
;
HOST : 10.5.4.44 : INTERNAL.JLTSERVICES.COM ::::
;
HOST : 10.5.4.44 : FTP.INTERNAL.JLTSERVICES.COM ::::
;
|...+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+....5....+....6....+.
HOST : 10.2.4.15 : JLTSERVICES.COM ::::
;
HOST : 10.5.4.50 : MOMENTUM.JLTSERVICES.COM ::::
;
HOST : 10.2.4.36 : EREPORTS.JLTSERVICES.COM ::::
What is really wierd about this is that the 10.5.4.44
address works but non of the others. I cannot help but
think that something is missing.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Bill J.
