Sure they did; someone said it depends on the workload.  A z9 with 60 
LPARs can happily share a single IFL.  All 60 LPARs can't do much at the 
same time, of course, but they can share the CPU.  (Just because you *can* 
do a thing doesn't mean you *should* do a thing.)
