Oh. No, a VSWITCH won't work on FLEX. It doesn't emulate OSD chpids.

If FLEX can give you multiple network adapters, then just dedicate
them to
the guests.
In my experience it's less painful to route the FLEX guests through
the VM stack (which does require knowledge of that fact out in your
wider network infrastructure) and use a Guest LAN. That does,
however, require that your network guys be willing to do that for you.
