Hi all...
This is a real shot in the dark, but in case anyone else has bumped
into it....
We have a VERY back level client (VSE 2.4 under VM 3.1) who is trying to
move into the 21st century. Their plan is to update VM to 4.4 (last
one that will run on their MP3000), then to upgrade VSE to 2.6, then on
to a zSeries, and more current VM and VSE releases...
They also have no tools on VM or VSE to see what is going on...
VM 4.4 IPLs fine and seems to run ok. But when they bring up their VSE
guests (with CICS), sooner or later one of the guests starts looping and
has to be logged off. Which guest loops and how long it takes to start
looping varies...
Anyone tried to move VSE 2.4 to VM 4.4?
If not we'll probably have to try and trace it and track it that way...
