I'd just use a Guest LAN (DEFINE LAN) instead of a VSWITCH.  Then it is 
impossible to accidentally connect it to a real wire.

But if your VSE environment is already set up and working, leave it alone. 
 Guest LANs and VSWITCHes are great when you have a requirement for 
external connectivity or you expect to add more guests that need 
any-to-any connectivity.
