I was ready to move my VM TSM Server data to the a z/Linux TSM server but the fact that the z/Linux TSM does not understand how to operate a 3490/3590 channel attached tape make the product useless to me. Why is it that z/Linux can talk to a channel attached 3590 but TSM can't?
