With the increased general interest in all things virtual and z/VM in particular, it might
be time to resurrect the VM Workshop concept....a short (3-4 day) technically focused
meeting, held at an inexpensive venue.

This sounds vaguely like the old VM Workshops. I only attended four of
them,
I think, but I learned a lot there and made lasting friends within this
community. Share and other conferences just aren't the same, and I've
never
found another conference where you could fill a French restaurant with
balloon animals. :-D
