This is something I found to my cost some long time ago and I agree that 
it is a pain when trying to debug a service machine. Judicious use of 
selective (non-interactive) trace and VMSPOOL to review the console had to 
suffice as a solution.

In some case the combination of "SET OBSERVER" & "FOR userid CMD 
cp-command" can give some of the benefits of SECUSER without the downside 
(but not all).
