Normally, user RACFSMF should be XAUTOLOGed by RACFVM when it gets a DISK FULL on 301 or 302. RACFSMF is supposed to cleanup the disk that got full, maybe first archiving the log, or creating a report, ... The log contains information about who logged on when, but also invalid passwords, LINKs that were not authorized, ... RACREPORT is the tool to use to extract reports.
