I have seen some dependencies, occasionally, when the level of TCP/IP
is newer than the level of CMS but not the other way around. I have
never seen a problem with a newer level of CP than the level of TCP/IP
or CMS.
I think the main problem may be with the technical writer that wrote
that note in the Program Directory.
