VMFxxx belongs to VMSES, to get help, you most probably have to issue
  HELP VMSES VMFPLC2

As it sometimes isn't clear to which component a command belongs, I
changed some of the help commands so that one can issue
  HELP * some_command
  such as
  HELP * VMFPLC2
  or
  HELP * SET
If there is more than 1 match, my changes give TASK-like help to select from.
