I did ask for this a few years ago. I have to reconfigu re web browsers to turn off TLS, or they cannot connect. I think this is a bug, and reported it as su ch. No fix. True, you can use SSLSERV instead, but it does not support client-side ce rtificates. None of the CGI environment variables are set, as it is "transparent" to the server. Sometimes you do not want to be so transparent. Any chance that IBM will support client-side certif icates sometime soon? To be fair, the rest of the product is rock-solid; it is just the SSL sup port which was purchased a long time ago from an outside vendor that is a problem. Support (Mike Lud e') is very good, too!
