I suspect I could open a PMR and get the RSU DVD shipped to me, but that means twiddling my thumbs until it arrives tomorrow, since I'm at a customer site... I'm saving that option for a while. Of course, I'm also assuming that the lack of the RSU is causing the INSTVM problem, which is not definite yet. Mike C. M.
