My memory fades and I don't have access to the code anymore, but one
of the IGS folks here could explain what exit points they have. But
rather than pick up what others have done, I think we should come up
with the popular places that people have attacked while doing local
mods on SYSPROF. And suggest them not to stop there but look at what
has been done already.

But the key for success area
1) no changes to IBM files to make the exit get called
2) interface simple enough that they don't ship samples that get
amended and must be maintained

Depending on where in the path the exit is invoked, it probably needs
to be on the 190 disk, so the normal issues with losing files that you
put there will still apply.
