FWIW, I have learned that a Supplicant intends to petition Supreme High
Council of z/VM Design (known in some circles as "The Coven") to change
the default CASE setting in XEDIT for those filetypes not explicitly
identified in the Appendix.

It comes as no surprise, I'm sure, that there are certain chants and
rituals that must be performed, and auguries to be consulted. The rumor
is that the Supplicant is showing proper respect, tugging on his forelock,
prostrating himself, and bringing offerings. (I have heard that petitions
are judged not only on technical merit, but on taste, originality, and
plating design.)
