FWIW, I have learned that a Supplicant intends to petition Supreme High 
Council of z/VM Design (known in some circles as "The Coven") to change 
the default CASE setting in XEDIT for those filetypes not explicitly 
identified in the Appendix.

It comes as no surprise, I'm sure, that there are certain chants and 
rituals that must be performed, and auguries to be consulted.  The rumor

is that the Supplicant is showing proper respect, tugging on his
forelock, 
prostrating himself, and bringing offerings.  (I have heard that
petitions 
are judged not only on technical merit, but on taste, originality, and 
plating design.)
