The OPERATOR id is used by the operators. Any commands executed on it should 
come from them, else, accountability flies out the window. If a mistake is made 
from it, I do not want it to be one that I caused by my somewhat unreliable 
typing skills. Neither does my management want that to happen.

It depends too on how your procedures define "operator". Do they refer to the 
OPERATOR userid or the <supposedly human> console operator?
