I just had to do this for a TCP/IP PTF. There was nothing wrong with the PTF. One of our network people was simply afraid of it (the SSL server changes). PUT2PROD did not roll the updated components into production. It said there was nothing to do. I had to manually copy 5VMTCP40 491 and 492 to TCPMAINT 591 and 592.
