Looks like a corrupted disk.. if you have a backup - I would format the disk and restore it..
If not - you can try and copy as many files off of it as you can (you will likely be able to copy some files, but one or more will cause the system file error to occur). Corruption can be caused by things like two users linking the disk RW - or overlapping disks..
