I have no problem with ibus-hangul and lyx in Fedora.
I think you need to install ibus-qt.
Also $QT_IM_MODULE needs to be exported.
% env | grep ibus
GTK_IM_MODULE=ibus
QT_IM_MODULE=ibus
XMODIFIERS=@im=ibus
% echo $IBUS_ENABLE_SYNC_MODE
IBUS_ENABLE_SYNC_MODE: Undefined variable.
