Are you able to see your problem with a new user account instead of the
current user account?
Also do you see any errors when you run ibus-hangul by manual?
When you choose Hangul on ibus panel menu, ibus-engine-hangul is launched
and you also could run it by manual before ibus launches ibus-engine-hangul
% pkill ibus-engine-hangul
% ps -ef | grep ibus-engine-hangul
% /usr/libexec/ibus-engine-hangul --ibus
Also when you run lyx, lyx should load ibus-qt module:
% strace lyx 2>&1 | grep ibus
stat("/usr/lib64/qt4/plugins/inputmethods/libqtim-ibus.so") = 0
