BUT, if you Hold key "<Super>" and tapping "Space", the text lable changes to present the IM you're going to select, but the order of the icons won't change.
When you press Super + space + space, The switcher dialog changes the highlight from "English(US)" to "Wubi-JIdian86" in your example. But the order is not changed while you keep pressing the modifier key <Super>. After you release both <Super> and space key, the highlighted engine is set as the current input method engine and the engine will be the first in the order.
So when you press <Super>space again, the order is changed.
