The current implementation enables ç on pt_br.* locales and ć on other
locales but does not provide the compose customization yet.
% env LC_CTYPE=pt_BR.UTF-8 LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 ibus-daemon
I tried editing ibus/src/gtkimcontextsimpleseqs.h directly and
recompiling ibus as instructed but it still does not work.
If you modify gtkimcontextsimpleseqs.h and replace libibus*, ç is always
used for any locales. You need to restart ibus-daemon but not the client
applications.
