I cannot reproduce your problem with the same package 1.3.2 in Fedora.
Are you able to run ibus-table by manual?
% ps -ef | grep ibus-table
% kill -9 $PID
% python /usr/share/ibus-table/engine/main.py --ibus --no-debug
