Input method name and version: Hangul, no version
Python version: 2.7
dbus version: 1.6.18

gtk version (if bug is about gtk applications): 2.24.23-01.1. An update to
libgtk2.0-cil was installed today, bringing it to 2.12.10-5 was installed
as well.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not sure actually. Would add them if I had it but I started Ubuntu today
and I now have the issue. Checked my apt log, it wasn't an ibus update
(though see note above about update to libgtk). Any ideas for tracking down
the repro would be appreciated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
안녕 Expected output (as an example - this holds for arbitrary input hangul)
I see ㅇㅏㄴㄴㅕㅇ in, what I'm presuming are, GTK applications (input
works fine in Chromium: 안녕). If I hold shift, characters will combine
normally. Also any combination of consonant + ㅔ vowel will combine
regardless, though I cannot add another consonant to the resulting
character.
Please provide any additional information below.
I attempted to reinstall ibus and ibus-hangul, that didn't resolve the
issue. Also tried several applications (Hexchat, XChat, Smuxi, Pidgin,
Chromium obviously)
