On my 85 I'm replacing these also. I'm going to put flanged thru hulls for
extra safety. I hate all the supposed above the waterline thru hulls that
arn't valved. As soon as you start to motor or sail they become below the
waterline. I'm going to go with sanitation hose as suggested. I just used
some to change my macerator pump to manual and it was easy to work with.
