You can get a Facet pump at a Napa auto store for a much lower price.

Hi Chuck 

If you have an Atomic 4, the fuel pump is low on the port side, behind the 
carburetor. It is easier if you remove the carb, but you should not need to cut 
any fiberglass. Moyer Marine sells an electric pump kit.
