Be careful when purchasing parts from automotive stores. I've found they are often not made of materials that can withstand the higher humidity of marine environments, or use a lesser grade of stainless steel. Hose clamps are a perfect example; I used a pair on some freshwater plumbing and they were showing rust after only two seasons.
