I've found that if I reply directly (via my GMail, or Outlook, etc) to a list message, I won't get a copy of it; however if I click the "Reply to Group" link that is inside the message itself (near the bottom) then I will get a copy.
Dunno why Joe gets two copies ... maybe he's just receiving extra love? ;-) On a side note, GMail never marks IC27A messages as spam for me.
