Just wanted to let y'all know that I am now the owner of this boat. I got my 
work cut out for myself.
First things to tackle are cleanup, port bulkhead replacement, engine tuneup 
and upgrades, keel bolt nut replacement, window sealing and some new lines. The 
list is longer but need to get some sailing in this year.
