I replaced both bulkheads with standard marine plywood, stained to what I
considered a nice finish, then
coated sides, ends, and mounting holes (chain plates and screw holes) with
epoxy. The bulkheads are
mostly covered with magazine and towel racks anyway so a match with teak was
low priority. I have also
rebedded chainplate penetrations of the deck every couple years since then to
reduce water damage to the
bulkheads.

Never mind what I just said in my previous post. I ordered a 1/2 sheet of
Teak from Noah's and it was reasonably priced due to shipping being less.

have to cut two bulkhead pieces and epoxy them together with weights on a flat
surface. Or just finish all sides on both pieces and bolt together. Sounds
kinda chump, huh. What do you think of that? Maybe I'll just keep looking.
