I previously owned a 1986 Catalina 22. That was the year they switched from the windows with the aluminum frame to all lexan. Phil is right on with 1992 as possibly the last year also. We have C270 #10 in our harbor, and its a 1993 model.

I think we had a thread this year where owners rung in on window configuration that could break it between the "Old Styles" and the "New Styles". I believe that was around 1984-85 but I would have to confirm that as it was earlier in time than I expected. Do you happen to have manufacturer's identification code for Cooper? If my information is correct, Cooper built Catalina 27s in B.C. from 1973 to 1981, then destroyed his molds.
