Just a thought. Are you always on the same tack? If so it could be a windward
or lee helm, probably windward caused by sail and rig tune issues.

Answer the question about tack. If always on starbord tack and the boat tends
to pull into the wind (to the right) then I suggest it is a tuning issue. Your
main is overpowering your jib or genoa, the center of effort is too far back
(gentlemen do I have thus term right?) and forcing the bow into the wind and
you are fighting the tiller to keep her on course.

You could shorten, tighten the forestay to bring the sail plan forward. You
could de power the main.

Others on thus forum I am sure know more and can advise once you ans

Sent fromer the question about which tack you were on.
