I have a similar problem.
 
The "local experts" recommend Blaster - a spray on that is readily  
available.
Another "local expert" cautions to be careful that it doesn't get on other  
things, as it can do damage to other things.
 
I found some at Ace Hardware, but haven't had time to try it you.
