Do you have to bleed the system to change the fuel filter also?

Anyone know were i can get the universal 18 manual?

The clicking sound is your electric fuel pump. That's a good thing. And, as
said by others, you will have to bleed the air out of your fuel system if
you ran out. Turn on your ignition then your by pass valve and let the
electric fuel pump click a way for a few minutes. Then close off the by pass
valve and you should hear the electric pump ticking decrease to a much slower
rate as pressure builds up. Try starting again. If it won't fire you will have
to bleed the air out of your high pressure injector lines before trying again.
Someone here will tell you how to do that if needed.
