On my 1978 C27 the diesel tank is fiberglassed in, a bit. A "dremel tool" would cut the fiberglass easily. Actually, Black and Decker has a much cheaper model, with the essential three speeds. I'm interested in your project. Keep us advised. With the great increase of Li power batteries, control systems and etc. that is happening with the auto market, certainly the cost will drop and etc. Bob
