Really?  How did the horse score?

I was pretty sure that the evaluation handout that I just posted was very 
recent and it said that horses must be shod.  It is for a judging seminar I 
believe.   So, people are being told they must shoe for evaluations and MAYBE 
that's not true?  Or did Ellen just defy the system.  (Good for her if she 
did.)
