I think it can be pretty reliable if you choose two horses with good 
gaits.

I am not sure anyone wants to tell people in Iceland what to eat. I 
think we just think that the "slaughtering for quality" argument is 
really valid. I think this is all tied up in the history of 
exporting horses somehow, I don't know why they don't just say they 
like horse meat and that's why they slaughter horses?
