The thing is i don´t either what this "slaughtering for quality" because most horses knowadays that ends up in slaughter isn´t very well breed from the beginning...their are exceptions of course And I don´t eat much horse meat me and my family don´t eat it maybe twice a year or so the fact is most of it is exported to japan Italy (and some to france i´ve heard) I do et lamb´s because that is what we are breeding for meat Kvedja from Malin
