the horse's legs are bandaged, and then the sparklers affixed sideways,
so that the handle is attached to the horse's leg and the sparkler moves
out to the side, away from the other leg.  they're pretty light, so i
can't see them interfering too much with motion.

we live in a litigious country.  it was part of my family's fourth of
july celebration for as long as i can remember, though.
