If it makes you feel any better, Anneliese (in KY) mentioned this morning
that she's never personally known a domestic born Icelandic to have SE, and
I know she bought several from California and from British Columbia.  None
of mine (in very buggy NC) that I bought from BC or California have any
problems.  I guess there's enough common in the way of allergens across the
continental USA and Canada that, even if they are exposed to a few new bugs,
their whole systems aren't bombarded with new allergens, keeping the risks
low.
