Karen -

I know you well enough to know that if your stallion repeatedly got out 
that you would do whatever it took to make the situation right and make 
sure that it didn't happen again.  As you said, there is a whole higher 
level of responsibility when you own a stallion and these folks need to 
be made to understand this.  If you could see the rickety barn and 
fence where he's kept, you could understand why he continues to 
escape.  He is also the one and only horse there.  Laree
