when I have lived here in Iceland since 1993 and
know of very few yearling´s that hasn´t droped
and it´s born a couple of hundred´s foals in my
area each year are very much in breeding as I I´m
on board of two breeding assosiation´s (1 local
in the valley and the other for the county)
I can not agree on 50% ( I got 1 out of more than
30 gelding) But yes I think it´s around 10% as in
other breed´s but not higher or maybe I live in a
area with little % off this .it´s maybe more on the south or..............
