also, he has these dried blood spots from insect bites. like tiny hemmoraghes (sp). When my Stali was dying of rabies he had that. Must be some liver failure? Some failure to clot blood i think, a sorta pinpoint bleeding where a fly bites. Healthy horses don't do this... You can pet him and the blood specks fall away. Anyone know about this? Janice
