>>> I hear you and understand what you are saying. The value of the 7 Games
in my opinion, is that it is written down, a structure for someone who might
not know what to do, or where to start.

To make a simplistic comparison, I don't think it likely that you'll ever
find a person who's a gifted kindergarten teacher, who can also effectively
teach college calculus. Nor can you realistically expect to find a
wonderful kid's beginner piano teacher who can also coach Olympic level
three-day eventing. (You MAY get lucky and find a few rare people who have
multiple teaching talents to go with their vocational/subject skills, but
would we expect to find "it all" in one individual?) Instead of comparing
all the elementary, high school and college teachers I've had to one
universal standard, I can look back with particular fondness and respect to
my 3rd grade teacher, my high school biology teacher, and my English 101
professor, my college Physics-Electricity and Magnetism professor. All were
wonderful educators - but each would have been out of his/her element in the
one of other's fields. I learned a lot from each of them, as well as from
others I don't remember with so much fondness!
